All digital products (including save the date templates and bridesmaid proposal templates) are delivered electronically.

  • No physical item will be shipped.
  • Files are available for download immediately after purchase.
  • You will receive access via download page and/or email confirmation.

Physical Products (Made to Order)

All embroidered tanks and apparel are made to order.

Production Time

3–5 business days

Each item is created after your order is placed to reduce overproduction.

Shipping Time (United States)

3–6 business days after production

Shipping times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship physical products within the United States.

Digital products are available worldwide.

Delays & Lost Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at rachel@theaisletheory.com. We will work with our fulfillment partner to assist you.
