Refund policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This applies to all downloadable and editable products sold by The Aisle Theory, including Save the Date templates, bridesmaid proposal templates, invitations, and other digital designs.

Please review the product description and details carefully before purchasing to make sure the product is right for you.

Technical Issues

We want you to be able to enjoy and use your purchase! If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, receive an incorrect file, or have trouble with your download, please contact us and we'll be happy to help resolve the issue.

Please note that technical assistance does not include refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or purchases made without reviewing the product description or requirements.

Cancellations

Because digital products are made available after purchase, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on digital products. If you purchased the wrong product by mistake, please contact us and we'll do our best to help determine the best solution.
