Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital item has been purchased and downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This includes (but is not limited to) digital save the date templates, bridesmaid proposal templates, and any other downloadable or editable files.
Please review all product details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product or need help determining whether it’s right for you, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
If you experience a technical issue with your download or receive the incorrect file, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
Print-on-Demand (Physical) Products
All physical products are made to order.
Because each item is custom produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
